Our Sessions
We run sessions at Gilmorton Allotments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. These sessions can be booked in blocks of 7 weeks, or as a weekly PAYG option.
Our morning sessions are suitable for children aged 5 years and under, whilst our afternoon sessions are suitable for children aged 12 years and under. This includes children who are currently home educated or temporarily out of education.

Each session is 1 hour 30 minutes long, and is themed according to the changing seasons. The sessions consist of structured learning activities, time for free play and time for sharing stories and songs. There is also a snack break!

We are inclusive of SEND and SEMH needs - please advise us of any information about your child in the booking process. Ready, Set, Grow can also offer tailored outdoor learning sessions to schools. We can provide this at the allotment site, or on your school grounds. If this is something that you are interested in, please contact for more information.
Holiday Clubs
Our holiday club experience includes a range of gardening activities, nature crafts, child-led play, den building, wildlife hunting, tool work and exploring the environment.
Our sessions provide children with an opportunity to learn about the cycle of the year, cultivate their own produce, and develop a sense of responsibility towards the environment. ​They also have the chance to learn through play and have lots of fun!
Our sessions are catered towards all children and are inclusive of those with SEMH and SEND needs.
