Terms and Conditions / Code of Conduct

Ready Set Grow LTD: A business owned by Laura McIntosh, trading as Ready Set Grow.

 

Please read and sign to agree with the terms and conditions/code of conduct - August 2024.

 

These Terms

  • What these Terms cover. These are the terms and conditions (Terms) on which we supply services which are ordered through our website.

  • Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order from us. These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the services and any Products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these Terms, please contact us to discuss.

  •  You may only purchase Products from our Website if you are at least 18 years old. By submitting an order through our Website you agree and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Fees and Payment

  • Children are booked in on a seven-week basis or PAYG.. Fees are to be paid prior to the first session on the date specified on the booking system.

  • School sessions are booked in term blocks. Fees are inclusive of resources.

Current fees:

  • PAYG session - £8.50

  • 7 Week Block Booking - £50

  • Group sessions for schools - bespoke sessions - £12 per child. Contact to discuss.

 

Session Cancellations 

  • If you cancel a session, we will not be able to refund you the cost of the session.

  • If we cancel a session, we will aim to find a mutually convenient session for you to attend instead. If one cannot be found, we may offer a refund for the session.

 

Session Format

  • Activities will be planned for the session based upon the seasons, cycle of the year and calendar events. The theme and content will be at our discretion.

  • The sessions will take place regardless of the weather - suitable clothing and footwear must be worn. 

  • You shall be responsible for your child’s safety and behaviour at a session. Ready Set Grow cannot accept any such responsibility. 

  • We have the right to remove you and your child from a session if in the opinion of the person delivering the session, your or your child’s behaviour is inappropriate, offensive, disruptive or otherwise affects the successful delivery of the session.

  • Ready Set Grow cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss of clothing or property.

  • During sessions, photos are permitted. However please do not include other children in your photos without consent from their responsible adult. 

  • Ready Set Grow may take photos and videos during sessions. These may be used on the website, social media and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child to be in photos/videos, please inform the session leader on arrival. 

 

We will only use your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy which can be found on the website.

 

Public Liability Insurance and DBS checks in place.
